Welcome to SaveMosmanParks.com.au – a site that represents a group of people who are passionate about saving our parks and natural bushland from urban development.
SaveMosmanParks.com.au is dedicated to continuing to strive for zero development in our public reserves and we have made significant progress in 2008.
We are increasingly confident that the investigation into a part of Reserve 31156 will have a positive outcome and we will strive towards upgrading all of the Parklands to “A” class reserves.
We will also be helping and supporting ‘Friends of Minim Cove Park’ who plan to recruit volunteers to weed the natural bushland and plant native water-friendly plants and bushes under the direction of Mosman Park Council. We hope you can join us!
UPDATE - In late 2008, the Council’s Management Plan for a part of the Minim Cove Parklands was released (see LATEST NEWS page) and we are greatly encouraged by their enthusiasm and support for this project.
